* Unlimited consultations regarding the wedding status and updates
* 5 Pre-event "PHYSICAL" meetings
* At least 50% of the planning process should be turned over to us. Major suppliers already booked by the Client
* Recommendations of preferred suppliers based on considerations
* Review of turn-over contracts
* Liaise with the chosen suppliers
* Provision of event checklists and charts, forms and records
* Production of event day timeline and programme of events
* RSVP services (Metro Manila only)
* Coordination and management of the technical, logistics, registration, financial, security, food and beverage, entertainment, production and social aspects of the event.
* Guest management
* Supplier management and coordination
* Gift management
* Post event activities and turn over
* Services of an Event Manager, assistant event manager and 2-3 event coordinators in uniforms and 2 way radios
