Event Day Management (EDM)
Pre-Wedding Service:
* 2 Pre-event “physical” meetings only
* Implement the particulars of the contract, wedding day schedules and reception program as stated by the client
Wedding Day
* Services of 3 Coordinators; additional coordinator rate is P1,000. All equipped with 2 way radios and in uniforms during the event itself.
* Secure the wedding accessories from the Bride’s take off point and transport to the ceremony area
* Check the physical set up of ceremony and reception areas
* Check on the participants of the ceremony and reception
* Distribute flowers and other accessories
* Organize the picture taking
* Distribute special effects
* Secure all the paraphernalia used at the ceremony and reception
* Endorse the paraphernalia to the designated custodian
* Coordinate with the Emcee
* Observe the program timeline
* Schedule the break time of the suppliers
* Register the gifts received
* Assist in distributing the favors
* Distribute the left-over food
Regular Rate = Php 12,000

A 50% downpayment (non-refundable) is needed to confirm booking with us
Full payment at least 1 week before the event day.
Rate is applicable for 200 guests and below. In excess, additional Php 500 for every 50 guests.
Final rate will be determined after taking into considerations all factors involved in the event.
