* Unlimited consultations regarding the wedding status and updates
* 3 Pre-event "PHYSICAL" meetings
* Ocular inspection of booked venues
* Review of contracts of chosen suppliers
* Liaise with the chosen suppliers contracted by the Client
* Recommend and confirm supplier not yet booked by the Client (at least remaining 2 suppliers needed)
* Provision of event checklist and reception programme if needed
* Production of wedding day timeline and programme of events
* RSVP services (Metro Manila only)
* Coordination and management of the technical, logistics, registration, financial, security, food and beverage, entertainment, production and social aspects of the event.
* Guest management
* Supplier management and coordination
* Gift management
* Post event activities and turn over
